Yes. BoardEffect markets itself as part of the Diligent One Platform, and every page on its site carries a Diligent Corporation copyright line. Its own platform page frames BoardEffect as a way to gain a consolidated view of governance alongside risk, audit and compliance, not as a standalone board portal.
What does BoardEffect's Plus tier add?
BoardEffect publishes two tiers, Pro and Plus, and the meeting tools sit in the upper one: the Minutes module, Messenger, data integrations and market-insight reporting are Plus-only. Aprio has no tiers to compare. Minutes, voting, e-signatures, surveys, annotations and expense reporting are in every licence, so the question of which tier your board needs never comes up.
